During this session, we review intake forms, ask questions, and discuss other relevant information that will contribute to the assessment and customized plan to help you achieve your goals.
Topics covered include a complete health history, dietary and lifestyle habits, health concerns, and goals.

(included in the $195 price above)
This is where I present your plan, including assessment and customized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations along with other resources that would benefit you.
Subsequent Follow-Ups - 30 mins ($70)
